VENUE 210V: Live Sound Production II focuses on the core skills required to operate a VENUE system in a professional live sound environment. This course provides comprehensive, hands-on training on a VENUE D-Show or Profile control surface and covers system hardware and software configuration. This course is designed for advanced students and working professionals (live sound engineers) who have fundamental knowledge and experience using a VENUE system. Beginning VENUE users may want to combine this course with VENUE 110V.
Who Is This Course Aimed At?
This course is aimed at Live Sound Engineers who have already taken the 110V course and wish to explore the advanced functions of Digidesign's Venue systems. It assumes that you have a fairly sophisticated understanding of Live Sound Engineering techniques including matrix mixing. This course will not teach you how to become a Live Sound Engineer.

- Advanced console controls — Advanced input section controls, advanced control surface techniques, resetting channels and parameters, using ECx for remote control of VENUE
- Advanced built-in and TDM processing concepts — Advanced plug-in management (installing plug-ins manually, removing plug-ins, deleting uninstalled plug-ins), authorizing plug-ins and setting up an iLok account, advanced DSP processing, using plug-ins with direct outs, manually compensating for input delays, deactivating plug-ins, understanding DSP Processing architecture in VENUE
