SSL’s Chris Jenkins wins 2010 MPG “Unsung Hero” Award

Alchemea would like to congratulate Chris Jenkins who was nominated for the "Unsung Hero" award at this years Music Producer Guild Awards. The award was presented on behalf of Alchemea by Music Producer and Freelance Tutor Gary Bromham.

Chris has worked for console giant Solid State Logic for over 18 years where he currently occupies the post of Director of Commercial Applications. He is Chief Product Designer for the C10, C100, and C300 digital console series and for the AWS 900, Duality and Matrix series of Analogue/DAW Controller console products. Past SSL console designs include the 5000 Analogue Broadcast and Film series, and the 4000 series stereo module.

Chris is also an accomplished musician, music recording and mixing engineer having worked with the like of XTC, Brian Adams and Shania Twain.
