1750 Guided Learning Hours separated into:

  • 500 hours of lectures in classroom.
  • 1250 hours of supervised practical time.
  • + Structured work experience at various London venues.

The Diploma in Studio & Live Sound Engineering is Alchemea's premier full time course and comprises of the following modules:

Felippe Mixing on The EuphonixDiploma in Studio Sound Engineering (36-weeks)
Diploma in Live Sound Engineering (16-weeks)

This course includes the Pro Tools 101 course, Pro Tools 110 course and a mobile recording studio (Apple MacBook, Digidesign MBox Mini (Pro Tools LE), M Audio MIDI keyboard & Rode M3 mic and our Live Sound Toolkit (multmeter, multitool, maglight, ear protectors, sharpie and electrical tape, crew t-shirt).

COURSE BREAK
The gap between finishing the Studio module and starting the Live Sound module will vary depending on the time of year you start the course. The information below will give you an approximate idea of the break between modules:

1) Winter (immediately or 16 weeks)
2) Spring (7 weeks)
3) Summer (12 weeks)
4) Autumn (12 weeks)
