Soundcraft DC2000 Programming Room (Studio 3)

The Soundcraft DC2000 is a digitally controlled analogue 24 channel console featuring Flying Fader automation. The desk features 4 band EQ that is switchable / splitable between channel and monitor paths, Six auxiliaries, 4 stereo returns with 2 band EQ, project management functions and a touch- sensitive LCD display. It can chase and generate SMPTE timecode and can also follow MTC. The PSU has a built in hard drive for mix data storage but you can also save to floppy disks. The sync option are controlled through the tape machine transport section.



16 Analogue inputs are available into Pro Tools and Logic through a Digidesign 002 Audio Interface with an Alesis A13 ADAT Bridge.



Diploma students can use room to practice their synth programming and advanced electronic music production. The room also doubles as a traditional multi-track recording studio.
