STAGE 1: Check Availability

STAGE 2: Forward your application Form & registration fee
You will then need to complete and return an application form with a registration fee (deposit). The course fee determines the deposit amount. The higher the total course fee, the higher the deposit:
Once we receive your application form and registration fee we will forward a letter confirming you acceptance onto the course and advising you of your outstanding balance and the balance due date.
STAGE 3: Paying the balance of your course fee
Full time courses (Diploma & Studio Assistanct Certificate).
The balance of your course fee is due one month before the start date. If we have not received the balance by this time we may have to offer your space to a student from our waiting list.
Short courses:
The balance of the course fee is due 2 weeks before the course start date. If we have not received the balance by this time we may have to offer your space to a student from our waiting list.

- £0 to £400: Deposit = £100
- £401 to £800: Deposit = £200
- £801 to £1,200: Deposit = £300
- £1,201 to £2,500: Deposit = £400
- £2,501 + : Deposit = £500

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- We accept cash, cheques made payable to "Alchemea Limited" or you can make payment into Alchemea's bank account. Our bank details are available upon request.
- The registration fee is not refundable. You may change course dates or course type at no cost by giving us at least one calendar month’s notice prior to the commencement of the your. If notice of less than one calendar month is given, the registration fee will be forfeited. If you wish to book onto another course a new registration fee will be payable.
- If a student’s financing is refused or their student visa is rejected, ALCHEMEA will refund any registration fee minus a £40 administration charge.
- The Alchemea instalment plan is only available for students from European Union countries.
